Cheap Photo Albums: Best Photo Books
By JakeTonic
There is a lot of software to choose form when it comes to photo montages. You want something that is easy to use but isnt lackign features. I was playing around with a few choices that you might be interested in. The biggest pull for me is ease of use; A program that takes a long time to learn may come in handy for a more robust activity, but photo montages shouldn't be too difficult to create.
Keep in mind when choosing a program that there is a lot of variability in terms of quality. You will find some features in some programs and notice them lacking in others. If you are looking for good image manipulation options you should be sure to look for those before settling down on a program. Don't be afraid to try different ones out! Most have some sort of free trial you can use, and some programs are just completely free to begin with, so there isnt any harm in shopping around.
Some programs you might try:

Basic features, Solid user interface. I would recommend this for photo montage newcomers who just want to get a quick montage out there. The montage creation features are good, but depth is lacking - Flickr
Flickr is a popular choice. The free version has monthly upload limits, and good options for sorting and organizing your photos, as well as sharing them online. Less presentation options, recommended for basic needs - KooBits [Cheap Photo Albums: Best Photo Books]
Koobits is a safe bet for this sort of thing. Cheap price, and good choice for beginners looking for a presentable photo book. Lots of options for interactivity, if that's your thing, and a very pure experience. Play around in the editor for free
After choosing a program, it's time to start thinking about the presentation itself. What kind of photos are you trying to display? You may want a more basic layout for more sentimental matters, and maybe more excitement and fun for the silly pictures. Think small at first, and your imagination will grow! Try new things, and have fun!
