A Digital Scrapbook for When the World Ends

There are many ideas about how and when the world will end.  There is even disagreement on what "the world" is.  Will the world end? And if so, how? Let me explain in three short sentences or less.  Actually, I'll opt for less, because I'm not really sure!  I'll opt for three less sentences in fact because I have no clue!  After all, this article isn't about how the world ends, but about making a digital scrapbook for when the world ends... if it does.

Here's a personal questions: What would you want on your tombstone, assuming that you're the kind of person to have a tombstone?  "Here lies me, who wasn't smart enough to be immortal. Rest in Peace!"  Or maybe you want a trick tombstone that sprays water at anyone who walks nearby?  Well, regardless of how you answer, most people would want to be remembered for being a cool person and for doing cool things.  That's why we have digital scrapbooks!

So you want to look really cool for your end-times digital scrapbook, eh? Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it at all! Nonchalance is one of the things that makes a person cool. Nonchalance and the ability to defeat multiple opponents in combat without breaking a sweat. Try taking photos of yourself reclining with sunglasses on in chair on the beach. Now persuade your family members or friends to douse themselves in fake blood and lay at your feet. Take a picture and everyone will think that this cool cat just beat up a bunch of kids and old people!

There actually many ways of looking really cool, so don't sweat it! Try dressing up as a powerful mythological creature from a video game or something. You'll look very menacing for the pictures! You can stare off into the distance to create some sort of drama or story to the photograph; mysteriousness and the unknown both contribute to being cool!

Just don't forget to get a bunch of really cool photographs of yourself.  And don't forget to be doing lots of cool things too like making a youtube video of yourself dodging nerf gun darts in slow-motion!  Assemble all of these using some sort of cheap photo software or cheap scrapbooking software into a digital scrapbook that would make your baby blush.  If you're feeling adventurous and also really weird, you can use greeting card software to make cheap greeting cards to accompany your digital scrapbook in embracing the end of the world.
